About The Position

JX Enterprises is hiring a Warranty Analyst in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role supports warranty operations across multiple locations by processing claims, reconciling financial schedules, answering warranty-related questions, and coordinating dealer-sponsored claims for assigned fleets. The analyst works with team members and leadership to provide consistent, helpful service to customers and staff. Travel to locations may be needed. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of related work experience.
Intermediate computer skills, including Google Apps.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of the transportation industry.
Valid driver’s license.
Curious mindset, integrity, and interest in continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

Process warranty claims for multiple locations promptly and accurately to meet obligations to customers and suppliers.
Reconcile warranty financial schedules and maintain accurate records.
Answer warranty-related questions from customers and staff with clear, helpful information.
Coordinate dealer-sponsored warranty claim processing for assigned fleets.
Travel to locations as needed to provide support and ensure consistent application of warranty processes and policies.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
