About The Position

JX Enterprises is hiring a full-time Warranty Analyst in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role supports warranty operations across multiple locations by processing claims, reconciling financial schedules, answering warranty-related questions, and coordinating dealer-sponsored claims for assigned fleets. The analyst travels to locations as needed and works with team members and leadership to support consistent warranty processes and positive customer experiences. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The listed pay range is $27.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related work experience.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Google Apps.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Curiosity, strong integrity, an entrepreneurial pioneering spirit, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims for multiple locations promptly and accurately, meeting obligations to customers and suppliers.
• Reconcile warranty financial schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Answer warranty-related questions from customers and staff with clear, helpful information.
• Coordinate processing of dealer-sponsored warranty claims for assigned fleets.
• Travel to locations as needed to provide support and ensure consistent application of warranty processes and policies.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the business.
