About The Position

McKesson is hiring entry-level warehouse associates for its distribution center in Jeffersonville, Ohio. The role involves efficient, accurate order fulfillment to ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly. Employees receive on-the-job training and certifications for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. Available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled hours; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; distance varies by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds throughout a shift without assistance; weight varies by product.

Responsibilities

• Move efficiently during the shift to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Ship healthcare products quickly and accurately.
• Complete on-the-job training and obtain certifications to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.
