About The Position

McKesson’s Distribution Center is hiring motivated warehouse associates to fulfill orders and ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. The role is in a fast-paced, professional environment. Associates must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided, including certification for equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.

The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM until the shift is complete. The hourly rate is $22.46. Material Handlers eligible for the company incentive plan may earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour. Available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. During periods of high demand, associates may need to work beyond scheduled hours; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance throughout a shift; product weight varies.
• Willingness to learn to operate power industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move efficiently during the shift to support accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipment of products.
• Learn to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation through provided training and certification.
