About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. The role involves moving efficiently during the shift to fulfill orders so healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. Associates must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided, including certification for equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. The position pays $19.86 per hour. Eligible material handlers may also participate in a performance-based incentive plan, with top performers earning up to about $1.75 per hour in incentive pay.

The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 10:00 AM and continuing until the shift is complete. Associates may sometimes need to work beyond scheduled times during periods of high demand. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, and available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. The work may require spending at least 80% of the shift, or as needed, in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; steps vary by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds throughout a shift without assistance; weight varies based on product.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F for at least 80% of the shift or as needed.
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
