Warehouse Worker - Full Time Shifts
About The Position
McKesson is hiring dynamic, motivated warehouse associates for its distribution center. This entry-level role focuses on moving efficiently during shifts to fulfill orders accurately and ship healthcare products quickly. Employees must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided, including certification for equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. Available schedules are Monday through Friday, starting at either 5:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m., with each shift continuing until work is complete. The hourly rate is $17.67, and eligible material handlers may earn performance-based incentive pay of up to about $1.75 per hour. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled shift times. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, and available shifts may change.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience.
- Willingness to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
- Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift.
