About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. Associates work in a fast-paced, professional environment and help ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately through order fulfillment. The role includes learning to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation; training is provided. Available schedules include Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until the shift is complete; Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and until the shift is complete; Saturday through Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM; or Thursday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Schedules may change and are discussed during the interview. During periods of high demand, associates may need to work beyond their scheduled times. The hourly rate is $19.34, with eligible material handlers able to earn performance-based incentive pay of up to about $1.75 per hour. Certain shifts include additional shift or weekend differentials.

Requirements

Entry-level experience.
Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; steps vary by shift.
Able to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds throughout a shift without assistance; weight varies by product.
Able to work in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F for at least 80% of the shift or as needed.
Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
