About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks required for receiving, storing, and shipping products. The work supports the efficient flow of products from receipt from vendors through shipment to internal and external customers, within prescribed service parameters. This Warehouse Worker role involves fulfilling orders, checking product quality, packing and preparing shipments, cross-training across warehouse areas, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Training is provided starting on the first day, and candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in a refrigerated area, such as a walk-in refrigerator.
• Ability to walk, bend, reach, stoop, and lift for an entire shift.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
• Team-player attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Train and obtain certification to drive material handling equipment as required by job duties.
