About The Position

Johnson Brothers Maverick Beverage is hiring a seasonal, part-time Warehouse Worker for a night shift. The role selects beverage products for outbound shipping and prepares orders for delivery. Workers repeatedly lift cases weighing 35–60 pounds and place them on pallets, following the correct sequence for delivery. They review selection labels, record work start and stop times, reposition cases and labels to preserve accuracy and prevent breakage, record and clean up breakage, and complete housekeeping as directed. End-of-shift duties may include palletizing, handling returns, replenishing cases or bottles, and cleanup. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Pay is $21 per hour, with hourly incentive opportunities. Warehouse safety procedures and equipment regulations must be followed; cell phone use is prohibited in warehouse work areas, except during breaks and lunch outside normal work areas.

Requirements

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• Ability to operate scanning devices.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to find solutions to or proactively address work-related problems.
• Accuracy and thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Select product for outbound shipping.
• Repeatedly lift 35–60-pound cases and place them on pallets in the correct sequence for delivery drivers.
• Review selection-label information and match labels to the correct products.
• Record start and stop times on work assignments.
• Reposition cases and labels to maintain accuracy and prevent breakage.
• Record breakage and clean up breakage.
• Perform housekeeping as directed by a supervisor.
• Complete end-of-shift duties such as palletizing, handling returns, replenishing cases or bottles, and cleanup.
• Follow warehouse processes, rules, and equipment safety regulations.
