Warehouse Worker (Part Time, Night Shift)

About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks necessary for receiving, storing, and shipping products, supporting the efficient flow of goods from vendors to internal and external customers. Warehouse team members receive and fulfill orders so customers have the products they need to care for patients. This part-time night-shift role is scheduled Sunday, Monday, and Thursday from 8:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. or until work is finished. The pay rate is $22.36 per hour, including shift differential. The role is bonus-ineligible. Training is provided starting on the first day, and candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read and write in English to process documents.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train and obtain certification to drive material handling equipment as required by job duties.
