About The Position

McKesson’s Distribution Center is seeking motivated warehouse associates for part-time shifts. Associates fulfill orders efficiently and accurately so healthcare products are shipped promptly. The role involves learning to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation; on-the-job training and certification are provided. Material handlers may be eligible for performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. The listed base pay is $17.67 per hour, with one shift also listing a $1.00-per-hour differential. Shifts are Monday through Friday and continue until work is complete. Schedules may change and are discussed during the interview; the company aims to provide schedules two weeks in advance. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled times.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles over the course of a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance throughout a shift; product weights vary.
• Willingness to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
