About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. The role supports timely and accurate fulfillment of healthcare products in a high-paced, professional work environment. Associates must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided, including certification in equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.

Available schedules are Monday through Friday, either 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (with a $1.00-per-hour mid-shift differential) or 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Both schedules continue until the shift is complete. The stated base pay is $17.67 per hour. Eligible material handlers may participate in a performance-based incentive plan, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. Schedules may change and are discussed during the interview. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond their scheduled times; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift; product weights vary.
• Willingness to learn to operate power industrial equipment.
