Warehouse Worker - Full Time Shifts
About The Position
McKesson is seeking dynamic, motivated warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. This entry-level role supports the shipment of healthcare products by fulfilling orders quickly and accurately. Associates must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided, including certification training for equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with work continuing until the shift is complete. The hourly rate is $20.65, with eligible Material Handlers able to earn performance-based incentive pay of up to approximately $1.75 per hour. Schedules may change and will be discussed during the interview. During periods of high demand, associates may need to work beyond scheduled hours.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience.
- Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance throughout a shift.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F for at least 80% of the shift or as needed.
- Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
