About The Position

McKesson is hiring dynamic and motivated warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. This entry-level role involves fulfilling orders efficiently and accurately so healthcare products can be shipped quickly. Training is provided for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.

Available schedules are Monday through Friday, with either a 1:00 PM start or an 8:00 PM start; each shift continues until work is complete. Base pay is $18.84 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour mid-shift differential or a $1.50 per hour overnight differential. Eligible Material Handlers may participate in a performance-based incentive plan, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond their scheduled times. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, and available shifts may change and be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles over the course of a shift; the distance varies by shift.
• Ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds repetitively throughout a shift without assistance; weight varies by product.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F for at least 80% of the shift or as needed.
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
