About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. Associates help ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately through order fulfillment. The role is entry-level, and on-the-job training is provided to certify employees to operate power industrial equipment, perform specialized processes, and use advanced automation. Employees must be willing to learn to operate this equipment.

Available schedules are Monday through Friday, with either a 1:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. start time. Work continues until the shift is complete, and available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. The position pays $18.84 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour mid-shift differential or a $1.50 per hour overnight differential. Eligible material handlers may also earn incentive pay based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75 per hour.

The work involves walking up to 10 miles per shift, repeatedly lifting 20 to 50 pounds without assistance, and working in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F for at least 80% of the shift or as needed. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond their scheduled hours. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance when possible.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout a shift.
