About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its distribution center. Associates help ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately through order fulfillment. The role offers on-the-job training to certify employees to operate power industrial equipment, perform specialized processes, and use advanced automation. Training is provided, and applicants must be willing to learn to operate the equipment.

The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., until the shift is complete. Available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. In periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond their scheduled times; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance. The work includes walking, repetitive lifting, and working in a refrigerated environment. The hourly rate is $20.65, with eligible material handlers able to participate in an incentive plan. Top performers may earn up to approximately $1.75 per hour in incentive pay.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
• Able to lift 20 to 50 pounds repetitively throughout a shift without assistance; weight varies by product.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F for at least 80% of the shift or as needed.
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
