About The Position

McKesson is seeking dynamic and motivated warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. This is an entry-level opportunity in a fast-paced, professional work environment. Associates fulfill orders efficiently and accurately so healthcare products can be shipped promptly. Training is provided to learn how to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. The role may require working beyond scheduled hours during periods of high demand; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance. Available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. Available schedules are Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. until the shift is complete, or Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The hourly rate is $18.75. Eligible material handlers may also earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour.

Requirements

Entry-level experience.
Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
Ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds repetitively throughout a shift without assistance.
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F for at least 80% of the shift or as needed.
Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
