About The Position

American Lumper Services is hiring warehouse workers for a steady, long-term, full-time position performing general warehouse duties, including unloading and loading trucks and sorting freight. The role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail, quick thinking, standing for extended periods, and consistently lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more. Employees work in a mostly Spanish-speaking team; Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus, not a requirement.

The position is in the Aurora, Illinois area and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Pay is $18 per hour, paid weekly. Health insurance is available after 30 days. PTO begins accruing on the first day but cannot be used until day 90, and 401(k) is available after 180 days. On-demand pay is also offered.
