Warehouse & Transportation Analyst

As a Warehouse & Transportation Analyst at Merama, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent service metrics and customer satisfaction by overseeing the operations of our 3PLs. Your analytical skills will be utilized to improve transportation and order management processes, control costs, and coordinate with our partners. You will also be responsible for developing SOPs and guidelines, implementing process improvements, and continuously improving warehouse and transportation KPIs. This role is essential in getting our products into the hands of our customers and contributing to our mission of becoming the best online group of brands in Latin America.

• Execute day to day transportation and order management operations
• Control costs and ensure high service levels
• Coordinate with 3PL and transportation partners
• Coordinate daily processes with attention to detail through tracking, reporting, and dashboards
• Troubleshoot problem shipments and track orders with a high sense of urgency
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
• Develop SOPs and guidelines
• Develop strategies to ensure warehouse and transportation KPIs are continuously improved
• Manage transactions daily in different systems, including but not limited to: G-suite, WMS, ERP, Excel, Ecommerce marketplace platforms
