Demand Planning Analyst

The job overview for this role is to be passionate about the dynamic of the supply chain and have deep knowledge of demand planning. The main responsibilities include being responsible for demand and purchase planning, building processes to manage and review demand as the business grows, identifying continuous improvements in inventory management, driving S&OP process improvements and local implementation, facilitating sales and operations planning meetings, and monitoring KPIs and dashboards to provide comprehensive reports and analytics.

• Responsible for demand and purchase planning
• Build processes to manage and review demand as the business grows
• Identify continuous improvements in inventory management
• Drive continuous improvements and local implementation of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Facilitate the monthly consensus and demand review meeting for Sales & Operations Planning
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to provide comprehensive reports, analytics, and visibility

• Deep knowledge of demand planning
• Experience in creating forecasting models
• Strong hands-on skills in demand and purchase planning
• Ability to build processes for managing and reviewing demand
• Proficiency in inventory management and identifying continuous improvements
• Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Ability to facilitate monthly consensus and demand review meetings
• Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and dashboards for comprehensive reporting and analytics
