About the position
The job overview for this role is that it is an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) position at Merama. The HRBP will partner with leaders to solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions and will be responsible for creating a complete people strategy to support managers and employees in achieving their goals. The HRBP will also be involved in designing and executing strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and organizing work. Additionally, they will roll out people programs such as compensation, performance, and talent programs.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
- Advise, support, and in some instances design HR activities in areas such as performance management, compensation, career development, and workforce planning
- Create a complete people strategy that supports managers and employees in realizing their ambitions and achieving their goals
- Design and execute strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and work organization
- Collaborate internally on various people-related areas
- Roll out people programs such as compensation, performance, and talent programs
Requirements
- Strong experience in HR business partnering or a similar role
- Ability to develop and execute people-related strategies
- Knowledge of performance management, compensation, career development, and workforce planning
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related matters
- Passion for diversity and inclusion
- Ability to collaborate with global and regional teams
- Familiarity with HR programs such as compensation, performance, and talent programs
