About The Position
Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Tech in Tampa, Florida. The role involves collecting and disposing of packing materials, cleaning floors and waste receptacles, handling cleaning chemicals, maintaining janitorial equipment, and operating specialized waste-handling equipment as needed. The position is full-time, with four-day schedules and weekly pay. Schedules listed are Sunday through Wednesday, 6 p.m. to 5 a.m., or Wednesday through Saturday, 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. The employer is willing to train suitable candidates. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation. Employment is subject to a seven-year background check and a drug test. Work may take place indoors or outdoors in varying building and weather conditions; overtime may be required. The role involves extensive walking and standing, stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, and carrying items generally weighing 50 pounds or less.

Responsibilities
- Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, and other waste from designated gaylords and bins.
- Clean floors using methods and equipment such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are properly labeled, diluted, and used.
- Maintain janitorial equipment in clean, safe, and operable condition.
- Operate specialized equipment as needed, including augers, balers, and waste compactors.
- Help prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement projects to improve business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
- Follow and enforce Sizemore’s and the client’s policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
