About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Techs in Auburndale, Florida, for morning and night shifts. The role pays $15.00 per hour, with weekly pay on Fridays, and follows a four-days-on, three-days-off schedule. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must pass a seven-year background check and pre-employment drug test.
Ability to lift or carry items generally weighing 50 pounds or less.
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, including 85–90% of the shift, and to go up and down stairs, bend, stoop, and reach.

Responsibilities

Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, and other materials from designated gaylords and bins.
Clean flooring by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Ensure cleaning chemicals are properly labeled, diluted, and used.
Keep janitorial equipment clean, safe, and operable.
Operate specialized equipment as needed, including augers, balers, and waste compactors.
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing policy violators of applicable procedures.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing projects to increase business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
Follow and enforce Sizemore’s and the client’s policies and procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
