About The Position

SouthernCarlson is hiring full-time Warehouse Support team members in Hyattsville, Maryland. The role involves hands-on warehouse work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with an emphasis on organization, accuracy, safety, and customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the day shift, with no weekends. Compensation is $21.00–$25.00.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience; training can be provided.
• Previous warehouse or industrial experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, and stage products.
• Load and unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory.
• Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Help prepare deliveries and stage customer orders.
• Assist with bin maintenance and other inventory projects.
