About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations and employees. The role requires knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling and management systems, quality control procedures, and the basic technology used in the assigned area. It also calls for analytical ability to address complex problems and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of the basic technology used in the assigned area.
• Knowledge of scheduling and other management systems.
• Relatively high analytical ability to address complex problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures.
• High school graduate with at least 1–2 years of technical or business school training.
• Training in a skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.
• 5–7 years of experience required.
