About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all daily operations in our Bridgeport CT warehouse. You will ensure the physical operations of Iconic Modern run smoothly. You will coordinate with stakeholders (sales, design, Vesta Ops), you will ensure the warehouse operates safely and efficiently, and you will ensure our luxury inventory is handled with proper care.

Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience in warehouse supervisory roles or related
Experience working with high value furniture preferred
Ability to work out Bridgeport CT Warehouse

Responsibilities

Manage two existing warehouse associates and determine ongoing staffing needs.
Progressively optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and picking/put away efficiency.
Coordinate with sales/design on inbound + outbound scheduling for product intake and project installation. You will make sure we are appropriately prepared for each day’s work.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in all work zones, staging areas and loading docks.
Inventory management: ensure product is received and put away carefully, is always accounted for and is QC’d prior to client delivery where appropriate.
Work with warehouse team and designers to execute project installations for luxury staging and interior design clients.
Liaison with Vesta Operations team to stay up-to-date on companywide safety and compliance requirements.
Continuously seek to improve and implement processes to drive overall warehouse and operational efficiency.
