About The Position

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure compliance with company standards. This role involves managing Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), developing quality assurance protocols, and monitoring performance to drive continuous improvement. The supervisor will also oversee third-party warehouse activities, coordinate local deliveries and pickups, and conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews. Additionally, the role includes recruiting and onboarding qualified DSPs, designing training programs to enhance service quality, and optimizing collection models and processes. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as well as handling daily operations and emergency responses, are key aspects of this position. This is a full-time role with a pay range of 55k-70k plus a 20% bonus.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
