About The Position

Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Racine, Wisconsin. The role supports the Warehouse Manager and supervises warehouse team members to ensure warehouse functions are performed efficiently and meet company and distribution center standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., or until the daily work is completed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry.
• Working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and engagement skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate daily warehouse activities within shipping operations.
• Forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets.
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained.
• Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain.
• Develop associates through training and coaching.
• Perform other assigned duties, including special projects.
