About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates organizational operations under the supervision of the Manager and/or Director. The role is responsible for improving departmental and organizational performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective methods and strategies. Native or fluent French proficiency is required for consideration.

The Supervisor oversees warehouse operations and the functions involved in planning, warehousing, and controlling materials, from forecasted replenishment needs through finished-goods inventory and customer delivery. The role also supports product planning, regulatory compliance, special projects, annual goal setting, and team development, and contributes as a member of the Executive Management Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or at least five years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least five years of related experience in a high-level management position with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in produce and/or food distribution.
• Working knowledge of USDA and FDA compliance.
• Native or fluent French proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee functions involved in planning, warehousing, and controlling materials, from forecasted replenishment needs through finished-goods inventory and delivery to customers.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement, including USDA and FDA regulations.
• Participate in existing and new product planning to ensure timely acquisition of materials for product launches.
• Oversee all warehouse operations.
• Manage warehouse operations to maximize efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy in delivering finished goods to customers.
• Execute special projects in a timely manner.
• Assist with establishing annual goals and objectives aligned with corporate objectives.
• Hire candidates, coach and mentor effectively, and build strong teams.
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization and contribute as a member of the Executive Management Team.
