About The Position

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer delivery requirements are met. The position is based in Hebron, Kentucky, and requires a solid understanding of warehouse operations. The role is with KONI, an entity of ITT Corporation’s Motion Technologies Division. Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Ability to operate calculators and weighing scales.
Two years of experience working in a warehouse or similar team environment around forklift equipment, foot traffic, and trucking.
Computer experience with Microsoft Office, web applications, and ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance workload efficiently.

SAP experience.

Responsibilities

Follow warehouse safety practices, including safe forklift operation, proper lifting, and harness use.
Unload material receipts and sign for them, noting damages.
Stage material before receiving.
Receive material and place it in the proper location.
Accurately pick material to fulfill orders.
Package and prepare picks for shipment, including wrapping, labeling, preparing bills of lading, and notifying carriers.
Use safe loading practices, including dock locks, wheel chocks, and driver awareness.
Finalize orders.
Report KPIs and participate in 5S and daily preparation meetings.
Manage MRO materials, including pallets, boxes, tape, and stretch wrap.
Complete special projects as required by business needs.
