SAP TM Transit Warehousing Specialist
About The Position
C5T Corporation is seeking an SAP TM Transit Warehousing Specialist to support the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS), a mission-critical SAP S/4HANA program for Department of Defense transportation and logistics. The specialist will lead end-to-end configuration, implementation, and support of SAP TM Transit Warehousing integrated with SAP EWM, enabling transportation visibility, warehouse execution, yard operations, and advanced shipping processes. The role covers freight order and delivery item mapping; inbound and outbound transportation execution; administration of TM Fiori applications; Advanced Shipping and Receiving; yard and transportation unit operations; EWM integration profile configuration; complex shipper scenarios; and guidance on S/4HANA TM capabilities and transitions from LE-TRA. The specialist will also resolve integration and execution issues and support federal compliance, configuration management, and change control in a regulated government environment. Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
- Five or more years of SAP TM experience, including three or more years dedicated to SAP TM Transit Warehousing and TM/EWM integration.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and SAP Fiori, including TM Fiori app configuration.
- Strong proficiency in Transit Warehousing configuration, including freight order types, EWM document types, and item types.
- Proficiency in TM and EWM integration, including LDAP processing, freight order execution, transportation unit management, and EWM Integration Profile configuration.
- Experience with TM Fiori apps, business catalogs, and business roles, including /SCMTMS/TREQ_ORDB, /SCMTMS/TREQ_DELB, SAP_TM_BC_LGINT, and SAP_BR_TRANSPORTATION_MANAGER.
- Advanced knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and integration across TM, EWM, STRM, MM-IM, and LE.
- Understanding of SAP TM capability tiers and Freight and Warehouse Management component behavior.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end configuration and support for SAP TM Transit Warehousing integrated with EWM, from transportation planning through consignee delivery.
- Configure and maintain mapping between TM freight orders and EWM delivery item types, including order types, categories, and warehouse request item types.
- Manage inbound and outbound execution, including freight unit creation, planning, freight order creation, load plans, LDAP handling, and execution status management.
- Configure and administer TM Fiori applications, including order-based and delivery-based transportation requirement apps.
- Manage TM Fiori target mappings, business and technical catalogs, and business roles.
- Manage Advanced Shipping and Receiving, including truck check-in, warehouse coordination, and multi-warehouse handling within a single freight order across TM, EWM, STRM, MM-IM, and LE with EDIFACT messaging.
- Configure yard operations, including transportation unit and vehicle master data, arrival and departure points, and single- and multi-unit vehicle representations.
- Configure the EWM Integration Profile, including automatic instruction sending, loading and unloading guidance, and delta handling.
- Document and manage known TM and EWM integration limitations, including multi-delivery restrictions, serial numbers, compartments, container units, and outbound delivery constraints.
- Support delivery splits, batch handling and splits, reallocation of deliveries between EWM transportation units, carrier determination, and TM change request processing.
- Advise stakeholders on S/4HANA TM capability tiers and support transitions from LE-TRA to S/4HANA TM.
- Troubleshoot LDAP failures, freight order execution status errors, transportation unit cancellations, and transportation requirement update failures, following SAP support case best practices.
- Support federal compliance, configuration management, and change control.
