About The Position

The Analyst, Warehousing compiles and analyzes data, prepares schedules and adjustments as needed, and completes required departmental documentation. The role coordinates and inputs department data for onsite and offsite activities, reports collected data to support planning of associate work schedules, and assists management in meeting corporate and departmental objectives. The position also supports company, departmental, EMS/QMS, health, and safety policies.

Requirements

High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Knowledge of systems and tools required to perform the job.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions.
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States now and in the future; employer-sponsored work authorization is not available.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 4 years of warehouse and/or data analysis experience is preferred.
Forklift certification may be required.
Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and input related department data for onsite and offsite activities.
Report collected data as required by management or related departments to assist with planning associate work schedules.
Communicate regularly with individuals inside and outside the department.
Read and analyze spreadsheets.
Process and complete multiple paperwork items and tasks.
Identify root causes of failures in departmental processes and procedures.
Assist in promoting an orderly workflow.
Provide help, guidance, and training in established processes, procedures, and technical applications.
Accept additional responsibilities in the absence of the department Team Lead or Supervisor.
Assist management in meeting corporate and departmental goals and objectives.
Support corporate and departmental policies, EMS/QMS policies and procedures, and health and safety policies.
