About The Position

RelaDyne is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and maintaining overall organization. The role involves preparing orders for shipment, handling incoming materials, verifying deliveries, and helping keep warehouse areas safe and organized. The position is designated as safety-sensitive, and employment is contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include background checks, drug and alcohol screening, and other evaluations required by law or company policy.

Requirements

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling processes.
• Safety awareness and compliance.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification, or ability to obtain it.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Ability to follow processes and operational procedures.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and other evaluations required by law or company policy.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and load orders for shipment.
• Receive, unload, and stage incoming materials.
• Verify delivery receipts and document shortages or damages.
• Maintain organized and safe warehouse areas.
• Assist drivers as needed; a CDL is required if driving.
• Communicate warehouse concerns to supervisors.
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and procedures.
