About The Position
RelaDyne is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and maintaining overall warehouse organization. The role involves picking, staging, and loading orders; receiving and staging incoming materials; verifying delivery receipts; documenting shortages or damage; and helping maintain a safe and organized work area. The associate may assist drivers as needed; a CDL is required if driving. The position is designated as safety sensitive, and employment is contingent on completing required pre-employment screenings, which may include background checks, drug and alcohol screening, and other evaluations required by law or company policy.
Requirements
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling processes.
- Safety awareness and compliance.
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification, or ability to obtain it.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to follow processes and operational procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift experience strongly preferred.
