About The Position

This role performs shipping, receiving, and parts inventory duties. The employee helps load and unload truck deliveries, checks in and puts away parts orders, maintains proper bin locations, and keeps the warehouse neat, tidy, and organized. The position also completes cycle counts on a schedule set by the Parts Manager, handles deliveries and pickups of miscellaneous vehicle parts in surrounding areas, and manages vendor returns, warranty returns, and core inventory. The employee assists with other parts department operations as requested and must be willing to work Saturdays.

Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening, including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, and verification of the Social Security number.

Requirements

• Ability to secure parts in a timely manner.
• Ability to work under time deadlines while maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and handle large items with limited assistance.
• Excellent customer service skills and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous parts or delivery experience preferred.
• Dealership experience preferred.
