About The Position

Ancira Nissan is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join its Parts Department in San Antonio, Texas. The role supports daily dealership operations by ensuring parts and merchandise are accurately received, inspected, stocked, organized, and distributed. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, automotive parts, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily parts shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming merchandise for shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Label, stock, and organize parts inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and transfers.
• Help technicians, service advisors, and parts personnel locate and distribute parts.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas.
• Operate material-handling equipment and assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and inventory-control processes.
