About The Position
RelaDyne is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping and receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse organization. The role involves picking, staging, and loading orders; receiving, unloading, and staging materials; verifying delivery receipts; and documenting shortages or damage. The associate helps maintain an organized, safe warehouse, assists drivers as needed, communicates warehouse concerns to supervisors, and follows company policies and safety procedures. Driving requires a CDL. This is a safety-sensitive position. Employment is contingent on completing required pre-employment screenings, which may include a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and other evaluations required by law or company policy. Requirements
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling processes.
- Safety awareness and compliance.
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification, or ability to obtain it.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to follow processes and operational procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Forklift experience.
