About The Position

RelaDyne is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse organization. The role includes preparing orders for shipment, handling incoming materials, maintaining safe and organized work areas, and following company policies and operational procedures. This is designated as a safety-sensitive position; employment is contingent on successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include background and drug and alcohol checks.

Requirements

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling processes.
• Safety awareness and compliance.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification or ability to obtain it.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Ability to follow processes and operational procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and load orders for shipment.
• Receive, unload, and stage incoming materials.
• Verify delivery receipts and document shortages or damages.
• Maintain organized and safe warehouse areas.
• Assist drivers as needed; a CDL is required if driving.
• Communicate warehouse concerns to supervisors.
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and procedures.
