About The Position

We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Security and Facilities Manager in Greencastle, PA for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This is a multi-functional role responsible for ensuring site security and maintaining facility operations. This position will manage third-party service providers, and support continuous improvement in workplace security, and maintenance programs.

Requirements

H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in experience in security operations (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred), Required
Microsoft Office and PowerBI Intermediate, Required
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Assumes personal responsibility for actions

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Preferred
Security software (Lenel/Milestone) Intermediate, Preferred

Responsibilities

Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring
Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting to appropriate business units.
Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
Provide supervision and guidance to on-site security personnel as needed.
Update SOP’s as required and review weekly cost.
Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters.
Perform other duties as required.
