About The Position

The Warehouse Picker creates customers’ orders by picking and packing products for store delivery routes. The position requires safely operating a rider pallet jack and forklift. Work is on the day shift, Monday through Friday, in Owensboro, Kentucky, at a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to work in either an individual or team environment throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, including a rider pallet jack and forklift.
• Customer-focused mentality and a strong desire to meet customer and retailer needs by accurately picking and packing product orders.
• Meet alcohol board criteria: no felonies within the previous two years, and no more than one misdemeanor or alcohol-related offense within the previous two years.

Responsibilities

• Pick products according to voice-to-pick system instructions and tag completed orders.
• Safely operate a rider pallet jack to transport employees and products around the warehouse.
• Wrap orders and stage product orders according to supervisory directions.
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers by safely operating a forklift.
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the Supervisor.
