About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Owensboro market, with potential placement at various locations throughout Owensboro, Henderson, Tell City, Hartford, Beaver Dam, Ohio County, Daviess County, and surrounding Ohio River communities, based on business needs and available opportunities. Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch and serve customers and business partners while developing operational expertise. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and support, trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the aim of eventually running a branch, cultivating new business, and developing a team. The role includes building relationships in the community and working in a culture of friendly competition. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $49,004.80 based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Have a bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.

Responsibilities

Learn the business through the structured Management Training Program and hands-on branch experience.
