About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Richmond, Kentucky market, with placements at various locations across Richmond, Berea, Eastern Kentucky University, Mount Sterling, Winchester, Lancaster, and surrounding Eastern and Central Kentucky communities based on business needs and availability. Trainees start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and serve as a customer-facing representative as well as an operational resource. The structured, hands-on program provides training, guidance, mentoring, and support to develop the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, build business, and develop a team. The program covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and includes establishing relationships in the community. The role offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $49,004.80 based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past five years.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
