About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Owensboro, Kentucky market. The market includes Owensboro, Henderson, Tell City, Hartford, Beaver Dam, Ohio County, Daviess County, and surrounding Ohio River communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations in the market, depending on business needs and available opportunities. Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while also learning branch operations. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees build community relationships and develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. The role offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $49,004.80 and an average 45-hour workweek.

Requirements

Have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
Hold a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
