About The Position

The 18- to 20-month Management Trainee program includes three six-month rotational assignments in business units such as Transportation Operations, Construction Management, Emergency Services, Finance, Commercial Development, Engineering, and Mechanical Operations. The program is intended to prepare trainees for a position within the organization that best aligns their strengths with the organization’s needs. Successful trainees will be offered a position with the company after completing the program.

The program is hands-on and includes field operational assignments at various company locations. Frequent travel is required, sometimes with little notice, and may reach 75% of the time.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively on assignments to company locations, up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• An undergraduate degree is preferred, preferably in finance, business, engineering, or a related course of study.
• Knowledge of biohazardous material handling or other labor-based certifications.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or experience with other process improvement methodologies.
• Industrial and/or safety certifications.

Responsibilities
