About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Hopkinsville, Kentucky market and surrounding communities in Western Kentucky and Northern Tennessee. Placement may be at various Enterprise Mobility locations in the market based on business needs and available opportunities.

Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving as a customer- and partner-facing representative while also developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, development, mentoring, and support to build the skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and build relationships in the community. The role offers a career path with opportunities for advancement and promotion from within.

The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week. Enterprise Mobility is a provider of mobility solutions whose brands include Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
