About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program, supporting the Frankfort, Kentucky market, including Frankfort, Versailles, Midway, Lawrenceburg, Shelbyville, and surrounding Central Kentucky communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations within the market, depending on business needs and available opportunities.

Management Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch and serve as both a customer- and partner-facing representative and an operational resource. Through a structured, hands-on program with training, development, mentoring, and support, trainees learn the skills needed to manage a branch, build business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The role also involves building relationships in the community and putting customers first.

The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $49,004.80, based on an average 45-hour work week. Enterprise Mobility describes a career path with opportunities for advancement and a culture of promotion from within.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
• Have a valid driver’s license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as a DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.

Responsibilities

• Learn Enterprise Mobility’s business while working from a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as a representative to customers and business partners and as an operational resource.
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to manage a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community to support business growth.
• Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
• Prioritize customer service.
