About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Frankfort, Kentucky market, including Frankfort, Versailles, Midway, Lawrenceburg, Shelbyville, and surrounding Central Kentucky communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations within the market, depending on business needs and available opportunities. Management Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch and serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative as well as an operational resource. Through a structured, hands-on program with training, mentoring, guidance, and support, trainees develop the skills needed to run a branch, build business, and develop a team. The program covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a focus on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $49,004.80 based on an average 45-hour workweek. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
