About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Louisville Metro market and surrounding communities throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. The program begins with training in a neighborhood branch and provides hands-on learning, mentoring, guidance, and support. Trainees learn the business while serving customers and partners and supporting branch operations. The program prepares trainees to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise and support behind-the-scenes branch operations.
• Learn the business through the structured Management Training Program and work toward the ability to run a branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community.
• Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations skills.
