About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Louisville Metro market and surrounding communities in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Trainees start at a neighborhood branch and learn the business through a structured, hands-on program. They serve customers and business partners while developing operational expertise, with the goal of eventually running a branch, cultivating new business, and developing a team. The program provides training, development, mentoring, and support, and covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,016.20, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.

Responsibilities

Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise and handle behind-the-scenes branch operations.
Learn the business through the structured Management Training Program.
Develop the skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
Build relationships in the local community to support business growth.
Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
Put customers first.
