About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the South Louisville market and surrounding communities. Trainees may be placed at different Enterprise Mobility locations in the market based on business needs and available opportunities. The role begins at a neighborhood branch, where trainees learn the business while serving customers and partners and supporting branch operations. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and development, trainees build the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,016.20 based on an average 45-hour workweek.

Requirements

Have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
